Transporting guests to a sensorial experience where time & gravity are undefined, the entrance welcomes guests with a sense of stillness. Soft lighting and water creates a buffer from the busy streets of Beverley Hills.

A sculptural spiral staircase hints of the entrance to the spa, creating an excusive reveal. The heaviness of the concrete is balanced by the thinness of the wood.

Unraveling to Light –

A reflective transition–Textured hinoki wood lines the walls, providing a warm transition to the guest rooms. Soft brushed aluminum ceilings create floating illusions.

We are bombarded by images everyday. It is increasingly difficult to process the visual noise we subconsciously absorb. How can a visual break be spatially experienced?
